Warning: USLIMITS Software is the intellectual property of ARRB Transport Research (ARRB TR). This Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and other acting under the authority of the FHWA, accepts from ARRB TR a royalty-free, non-exclusive perpetual and irrevocable license to reproduce and use USLIMITS for Federal Government purposes to demonstrate the setting and enforcing of realistic speed limits to local or state transport authorities within the USA. Any dealings with USLIMITS (including any commercial distribution) must first be agreed in writing with ARRB TR and a royalty may be payable in these circumstance.

End User agrees that it is the responsibility of End User to understand fully the limitations of and assumptions underlying the Software and not to make use of the Software without the assistance of personnel with appropriate expertise.
